Congratulations on publishing this study. It's very well done!

I especially like the way you did each section of the study as an individual blog post to invite conversations and trackbacks. My Technorati RSS searches really lit up when I checked my feeds this morning.

Thanks also for so accurately capturing the essence of the interview with Deb Franke and me.

Take it easy, Jim

Thank you for publishing this study. I am the Director of Online Collaboration at Pfizer's Research & Development division and this study is a great glimpse into learning how other companies are adopting blogging. The study contains some of the best content I have found on the topic of internal and external corporate blogs. Like many companies, Pfizer is working with this technology and discovering its value. This study provided some validation of what we are doing and adds some insightful recommendations on how to improve blogging for our company.
